Presentation Guidelines

Virtual and Asynchronous Conference Format

DITTET 2026 will be held in a fully virtual and asynchronous format, allowing participants from different countries and time zones to access all conference content at their convenience.

All accepted papers must be accompanied by a presentation video prepared by one of the authors. These videos will be made available through the conference platform and will constitute the official presentation of the work.

 

Video Requirements

Authors are requested to prepare and submit a presentation video according to the following specifications:

  • Duration: Between 10 and 15 minutes.
  • Language: English.
  • Format: MP4, AVI, or MOV.
  • Subtitles: Strongly recommended whenever possible.
  • Presentation Style: There is no official conference template. Authors are free to choose the format and design of their presentation slides.

The presentation should clearly explain the objectives, methodology, results, and main contributions of the research. Authors are encouraged to provide a concise yet comprehensive overview of their work.

 

Video Submission

Once the presentation has been prepared, authors must complete the submission form and upload their video using the following link:

Please note that a Google account may be required to access the submission form. Authors who do not have access to a Google account should contact the organizing committee to arrange an alternative submission method.

 

Important Deadline

The deadline for submitting presentation videos is:

June 29, 2026

Videos received after this date may not be included in the conference platform.

Access to the Conference Platform

Prior to the start of DITTET 2026, all registered participants will receive detailed instructions on how to access the virtual conference platform, where they will be able to watch presentation videos, consult conference materials, and access additional event resources.

Privacy Notice
